If you have your Canine Best Friend signed up for our Birthday Club Day Spa Package, please be aware that we have had to temporarily put this package on hiatus due to supply chain issues for one of the key products used in the bath. We are currently searching for a suitable substitution or replacement product and will post an update when we find a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience and disruption of this service and thank you for your understanding.
Due to high demand, we are unable to accommodate online booking and have disabled this feature in our website. We apologize for the inconvenience. We encourage all clients to contact us for appointments and / or consultations. We require all clients to be on a regular grooming schedule and to be pre-booked for the year. This not only guarantees your Canine Best Friend can come in regularly for grooming and bathing, but it also helps to insure they have a grooming appointment scheduled during our busier times of the years around most Holidays. Hello Valued Clients and Followers,
In the previous days, we have had quite a bit of traffic in the shop and phone calls from those wanting to know what is going on with the shopping center we are located in and how it will be affecting our business, as well as the others here.
To start, as of right now, there is very little light that we are able to shed on this. What we can share is:
1) The picture of the Riverside Land Use document that some have seen was simply a proposal made by a third party to the City of Riverside.Â
2) At this time, the meeting that was scheduled earlier this month was a meeting about rezoning the shopping center. This rezoning will allow the property owner to consider a wider variety of possibilities for the property.
3) Any future plans and redevelopment of the property will take at least a year to implement and get started on.
As for Pooch Pawlor, at this time we are not moving anywhere. We can not tell you what will happen with our business or if we will need to relocate until such time that final plans and schedules are made. Again, this could take at least a year before anything concrete is known.
UPDATES as of 5/20/24
1) A concept plan for the shopping center has been submitted to the city.
2) We, as well as the other tenants here, have the opportunity to choose which location within the new design we would like to move into once the building is complete, should we choose to stay here.
