Just the FAQs

Below is a list of the questions we receive the most.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our address is 5526 Burkhardt Rd. in Riverside, at the crossroads of Burkhardt Rd. and Spinning Rd., in the shopping center across the road from VFW Post 657. The same shopping center building where the old Kroger used to be and where PokerHub, Clancy’s Tavern and Asia Gourmet are still located.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: By phone at 937-405-6106 or by messaging via Facebook messenger.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Our business hours are:

             8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. -Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

             9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Saturday

             Closed – Sunday and Tuesday

Q: Do you take walk-ins?

A: Unfortunately, we do not. Our grooming schedule is by appointment only.

Q: Why doesn’t someone answer the phone when I call?

A: If you call during our business hours and the phone is not answered, we are either assisting a client or we have a dog on the grooming table or in a bathing tub. For both the dog’s safety and the safety of the groomer, calls cannot be answered when a dog is being groomed or bathed.

Q: Why isn’t my call immediately returned?

A: If you have left a clear and detailed message, your call will be returned as soon as it is safe and convenient for us to call you back during business hours. During times of high volume of appointments (i.e.: around any Holiday), this may take up to 48 hours. For more details, please read Tips for Contacting Your Groomer.

Q: Are you accepting new clients?

A: Currently, due to current established client grooming needs, we are unable to accept new clients as we are already fully booked for the year.

Q: How can I keep informed of Specials for established clients or changes in business hours.

A: Bookmark this website or follow us on Facebook  as all Specials and changes in business hours will be announced in those locations.

Q: Do you have any groomer’s tips or tricks to help me with caring for my dog at home between grooming appointments?

A: Yes! We have quite a lot. You can find these in our blogs on the Groomer Insights! pages.

Q: Can I sit in the shop or outside and wait while my dog is being groomed?

A: Unfortunately, no. Owner's in the shop or outside in view of the windows are a distraction to the dog, especially those dogs that have any level of separation anxiety. Knowing their owner is there, and / or hearing their voice, causes the dog to fidget on the table. Some dogs may also repeatedly attempt to jump off the grooming table or out of the bathing tub. This can be dangerous for both the dog and the groomer.
