• Booking Fee - All New Clients are required to pay a 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment for Services that is due within 24 hours of initial appointment booking. 

• No Call/No Show/Late Cancellation - Due to high demand, we require all appointments to be confirmed or cancelled within 72 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us to book clients on our waitlist so their dogs can receive the care they need when you cannot fulfill your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive a Notice of Cancellation within our required time, you must pay a Missed Appointment Fee in the amount of 50% of the expected charges for the missed pre-booked appointment. Additionally, you will be required to prepay 50% of your future appointment in order to rebook. 

• Early Drop Off - While we understand that scheduling conflicts occur, we are not a Doggy Day Care and therefore you must call us first to make sure we can accommodate this. Additionally, dogs dropped off before business hours will be charged a $20 Early Drop Off Fee per dog.

• Late Drop Off - As we are appointment based, we cannot allow clients to be more than 15 minutes late to appointments. Therefore, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will be charged an additional $20 Late Drop Off Fee per dog.

• Emergency Grooming - Are you going out of town or having company over unexpectedly and need to get your dog in? We provide Emergency Grooming for an additional $30 Emergency Grooming Fee per dog. This does mean your dog will be here longer as we will be working it into the schedule with other previously scheduled dogs.
